Eric Aubertin

Eric Aubertin is the Chairman , CEO, and Founder of OneBigPlanet Corp. Eric is a self-made individual who brings with him an insatiable appetite for starting new businesses. He has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience operating technology firms in the consumer savings space, including ecommerce, loyalty programs and fundraising markets, where he led these companies in their corporate developments. From conceptualizing technology solutions, formulating business and revenue models, overseeing product development, implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies, to securing capital investment, Mr. Aubertin has to date primarily focused his career on building the corporate infrastructure of promising start-ups.

In 2002, Eric Aubertin founded OneBigPlanet Corp. which grew from initial personal and seed investment to today being recognized as one of the most customizable and comprehensive consumer savings platform offered to advertising and publishing partners. Previously, as CEO and Founder of eFundraising.com Corp, Eric Aubertin invented a patented e-mail and web-based fundraising system that was acquired by Reader’s Digest in 2000 for the sum of $27 million. Mr. Aubertin has a reputation for being one of the most innovative minds in the loyalty, ecommerce and fundraising industry. In addition to his professional exploits, Eric was drafted by the Montreal Canadians of the NHL in 1986 and played on the Canadian Olympic Ice Hockey Team in 1991. During his junior hockey years, Eric shared a room with famous NHL goaltender Patrick Roy with whom a running bet as to who would be the richest man still stands. Mr. Aubertin earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration Degree from the McGill University at Montreal, Canada, with specializations in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and International Marketing.

Keith Findlay

Chief Financial Officer

Track record of improving bottom- line results, reviving companies, making acquisitions and divestitures.

Spent 15 years with a public wireless hardware manufacturer company as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In which he was a key contributor to the growth of the company where sales grew from $9 million to $120 million. Part of this growth strategy included strategic global acquisitions that put the company in six counties and the need to raise over $100 million in capital to finance these transactions.

Christopher Norford

SVP, Strategic Alliances

Christopher Norford joined OneBigPlanet in 2003; after his first meeting with Eric, Christopher immediately jumped upon the chance to help build something amazing; and has helped OneBigPlanet form alliances with an impressive stable of partners that include fortune 500 companies. He brings to the company over 10 years of consultative sales and planning with global financial technology companies. Most recently signing a multimillion dollar deal with GateHouse Media; the largest newspaper and media company in the country.

Christopher began his career in financial consulting, initially joining Linsco Private Ledger and then held various senior manager positions with Charles Schwab and UBS Warburg.

Presently, he works out of the Columbia office in MD, but is more often to be found in airports around the country en route to representing OneBigPlanet to our ever expanding client base. When Christopher is not glued to his phone, brokering long term strategic partnerships, he can be found kicking back with his wife and family. His motto is to bring passion, focus and fun to everyday life.

Michael Monaghan

Head of Product & Development

An acknowledged expert in Online Marketing, Michael provides broad leadership across the board, from guiding our development team to providing creative feedback to designers to managing various contractors. Michael also has a solid background in Corporate Branding & UI Design and has an uncanny ability in finding the hidden assets of a business and recognizing the areas of underperformance that have been previously overlooked.

Guiding our marketing initiatives, Michel is making sure any potential client knows what OneBigPlanet can do to monetize our Intelligent Offer Network. From strategy to commercial launch, he has a fluency in grasping new opportunities in emerging markets and capitalizing new business concepts.

Nancy van Rantwyk

Nancy is normally the first person you’ll meet when you start your OneBigPlanet career. She is the jewel in the OneBigPlanet crown, widely considered the reason so many of our team feel at home on their first day.

Audrey is a performance and results-oriented individual who goes to great lengths to get the job done. From market analysis to strategic partnerships to acting as a liaison between Product and Sales, Audrey understands the inner-workings of an evolving business.

Robert French

Robert has a true knack for discovering new business opportunities in markets that may have been previously overlooked. The bulk of his experience is in Online Advertising & Affiliate Marketing within the E-commerce Industry. Building relationships is at the core of Robert's competencies which allows him to easily discover new prospects.

Jean Croto

Jean manages our Development team and is responsible for strategic decisions as to the direction of the product and the infrastructure that's it's built on. As there are many layers to OneBigPlanet's platform, Jean always has every user in mind whether it be a partner, merchant or a portal user.

Marketing Team

OneBigPlanet’s Marketing Team makes sure that the company has a marketing focus in everything that it does. The team works very closely with production to make sure that new and existing product development is tied in closely with the needs and expectations of our partners. As the majority of our products are white-labeled, the Marketing team ensures that the messaging, design and user experience stays parallel to each of our partner’s brands.

Development Team

OneBigPlanet prides itself on it's expert team of Developers. The team is comprised of Java, PHP and .NET Developers who work directly with our Product Manager to drive the direction of the platform to provide our partners with the best product on the market. From the product's inception, the Development team has ebsured that the product is scalable and can adapt to rapid growth.

Merchandising Team

Our Merchandising team works directly with national retailers to negotiate the best deals for all demographics. The team is also dedicated to working with local merchants to ensure we/they are offering the best deals in their area. Along with ensuring quality content, our Merchandising Team also determines which deals will be featured in e-mail campaigns and on the various partner portals and manages OneBigPlanet’s Marketing Calendar.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support team is dedicated to helping merchants and sales reps with their everyday needs. Whether it’s simply adding an offer in the system or helping them export a report from the back office, the Support Team is available to give you a helping hand.
